Geologic Timeline for Teaching Kids Geology

A basic geologic timeline is a great teaching tool for introducing kids to the fundamental ideas of geology. A geological timeline will help students put earth science events into perspective as they see the vastness of geologic time compared to our simple perceptions of a few decades. Geology is a basic earth science that every child should be familiar with as he or she continues his or her education about the world around us.
